Damper and Nut
The NS/Stick is a true multi-mode instrument.
Our patented* retactable damper keeps
the notes from ringing when you're tapping and can be quickly retracted,
allowing open string guitar chords and bass notes, and also allowing the player
to take full advantage of the instrument's 34"-scale.
Instead of a conventional nut, the strings pass through unique "side-saddle" screws,
allowing precise individual adjustment without removing the string.
